The Wellnit ID-Mounted Flange Facing Machine is a portable, multi-function machining system designed for precision on-site flange repair, resurfacing and maintenance. Using an internal mounting system with four clamp supports , the machine is secured within the flange bore to provide a stable machining platform. Its compact and lightweight modular construction makes installation, disassembly and transportation easier for field maintenance applications. The machine supports a wide range of machining operations including flange facing, seal-groove machining, weld preparation and counterboring . The tool holder can be rotated through 360° , providing flexibility for machining different flange surfaces and profiles. Designed for horizontal, vertical, inverted, tilted and other installation orientations, the system is suitable for demanding on-site maintenance where large flanges or equipment cannot easily be removed and transported to a workshop. Multiple drive options are available, including pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and servo motor configurations , with models covering flange outside diameters from 50 mm up to 3000 mm .
