The Wellnit OD-Mounted Flange Facing Machine is a portable external-clamping machining system designed for accurate on-site flange repair, resurfacing and machining. Using an external clamping arrangement, the machine is supported by rigidly mounted claws around the flange outside diameter, providing a stable platform for horizontal and vertical machining operations. Its modular design enables quick installation and disassembly, making it suitable for maintenance and repair work where large components cannot easily be transported to a workshop. The machine incorporates a high-precision transmission system to provide stable horizontal and vertical movement with minimal vibration. Its multi-angle tool holder provides flexibility for machining different flange surfaces and profiles. Available with pneumatic, electric and hydraulic drive options , the range covers flange machining diameters from approximately 0–300 mm up to 0–3000 mm , depending on model and configuration.
